Physical Crochet Items

• I do not offer refunds or returns on crochet items.

• If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and I will gladly work with you on a replacement or store credit.

• Colors and sizing may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece and screen differences—these variations are not considered defects.

This item is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
